Lauren joined our team as a Law Clerk in January 2026 and, following her admission to the bar in June, will continue with the firm as a Solicitor in our family team.
Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury in 2025. During her studies, she also spent time abroad at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, broadening her legal and cultural perspective. Before pursuing a career in law, Lauren gained valuable experience in the banking and healthcare sectors.
Lauren has a longstanding interest in family law and is drawn to its people-focused nature, valuing the opportunity to support clients through significant events.
Having grown up in Nelson, Lauren is delighted to beginning her legal career in the region. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and her two dachshunds.
